reflexly.io is a free online reaction time testing and training platform. We provide various game modes, multiplayer arenas, progress tracking, achievements, and competitive leaderboards to help users test and improve their reflexes.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. Guest users can play without an account, but progress will only be stored locally. When you create an account:

• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to manipulate game results
• Attempt to exploit or hack the application or its infrastructure
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users in multiplayer modes
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Fair Play

In multiplayer arena matches, fair play is required. Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using external tools to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

All content on reflexly.io, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of reflexly.io and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Reaction time measurements are for entertainment and personal training purposes only. They should not be used for medical diagnosis, professional assessment, or any safety-critical applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, reflexly.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
